A. BUSINESS ENTITY:
PT Pelindo Multi Terminal / SPMT is one of the Subholdings of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) which was formed on October 1, 2021.
This formation is in line with the integration process of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) whose shares are fully owned by the Republic of Indonesia.
PT Pelindo Multi Terminal manages 10 branches and two subsidiaries, namely PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok which is headquartered in Jakarta and manages 10 port branches on the islands of Sumatra & Java and PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk. which manages vehicle terminals in Jakarta and several other areas in Indonesia.

PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk is a company dedicated to providing RoRo / Vehicle Terminal services operating at Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta, and several other ports in Indonesia. The services provided include Terminal Handling, Value Added Services, and Sea Toll Services with world-class service quality standards.

PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (PTP Nonpetikemas) is the first multipurpose terminal operator in Indonesia and is experienced in handling loading and unloading activities of liquid bulk cargo, dry bulk, general cargo and others. PTP Nonpetikemas has operated in 11 Port branches spread throughout the strategic areas of Indonesia, namely Tanjung Priok Port Branch, Banten, Cirebon, Panjang - Lampung, Bengkulu, Palembang, Jambi, Teluk Bayur - Padang, Tanjung Pandan and Pontianak.

B. TYPE OF SERVICE:
PT Pelindo Multi Terminal / SPMT as a leading provider of non-container terminal services in Indonesia provides various services to service users. Services provided by SPMT include Stevedoring, Haulage, Receiving/Delivery, Stacking, Dock Services and Other Services.
Stevedoring
The activity of unloading cargo from a ship to a dock or loading commodity cargo from the dock onto a ship.
Cargodoring
The activity of releasing goods from ropes or nets (ex tackle) at the pier and transporting them from the pier to the warehouse or stacking yard, then arranging them in the warehouse or stacking yard or vice versa.
Receiving Delivery
Receiving is the activity of receiving cargo from outside the port area until it is arranged in the stacking yard. Delivery is the activity of moving cargo from the stacking yard and handing it over until it is arranged on the vehicle.
Other Services
It is a service that supports activities at the port, including quarantine inspections, customs inspections, and so on.
