CIAWI BOGOR (ISL News) - Located at Pendulum Nusantara Hall PMLI, Ciawi, PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM) held a 2024 Working Meeting or Working Meeting. The activity which was held on March 8 2024 carried the theme "Elevating the Integrated Core Capabilities ”.
The activity, which was attended by the Vice Presidents, Deputy Vice Presidents and Area General Managers, was filled with directions and presentations from the Board of Commissioners, Director of Strategy and Commercial @pelindomaritim and continued with instructions from the Directors of PT JAI Tbk.
Previously (Thursday, 7/3/2024) a "Crucial Conversation" workshop was also held for Management which aimed to improve dialogue skills in increasing productivity and collaboration.
The implementation of this working meeting is an important journey for PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk in determining corporate strategic plans to strengthen the company's integrated core capabilities.
This time the working meeting was held in a panel discussion format by the Vice Presidents and Deputy Vice Presidents regarding strategic matters in welcoming the 2024 Work Program.
On this occasion, appreciation was also given for the company's achievements to a number of employees who had contributed through the IPCM Award 2023 event which is routinely held every year.
