BOGOR (ISL News) - On Monday and Tuesday (04-05 March 2024) the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) GCG Parameter Assessment activity for the 2023 Fiscal Year was carried out for TPK Koja in Bogor, West Java.
The event, which started on the first day on March 4 2024, started at 08.00 WIB and was opened by the previous General Manager of TPK Koja, namely Mr. Indra Hidayat Sani. This assessment event was also accompanied by an independent consultant from PT. Multi Utama Indojasa.
The ACGS parameters as Good Corporate Governance (GCG) parameters at the ASEAN international standard, as reported by theacmf.org, are an initiative of the ASEAN Capital Market Forum to improve the standards and practices of corporate governance of public companies in the ASEAN region and to increase the international visibility of companies. ASEAN which has good governance.
The GCG assessment event for the 2023 financial year for TPK Koja was closed by DGM Operations and Information Systems, Mr. Achmad Syaichu. Hopefully, the implementation of this assessment will increase awareness of the implementation of good GCG in order to maintain the long-term sustainability of TPK Koja's business which prioritizes the interests of shareholders and stakeholders.
