JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or Pelindo introduced ADHARA, a digital platform designed to connect various systems and services within Indonesia's maritime and logistics ecosystem. The introduction took place through an Early Adoption ADHARA event on Thursday (1/10/2026) at the Indonesian Maritime Building in Jakarta, marking the initial stage of the platform's use by users and ecosystem stakeholders.
ADHARA was developed to address the need for connectivity between actors in the logistics chain. While various actors have their own digital systems, not all of them are interconnected. ADHARA serves as a connecting platform without replacing existing systems, enabling a more integrated exchange of information, transactions, and collaboration.
Pelindo President Director Achmad Muchtasyar said this connectivity is one of the keys to creating a more efficient logistics process.
"All ecosystem players already have their own systems, but these systems are not yet integrated and connected to each other. Through ADHARA, we integrate existing systems into a single logistics ecosystem. Efficiency isn't just about cutting costs, but rather optimizing operational activities to be leaner, achieve greater results, and lower logistics costs," said Achmad.
Through ADHARA, users can order and pay for logistics services, monitor the movement of ships, containers, and cargo in real time, and submit documents to access various services within the logistics chain with a single click. The platform also supports logistics capacity optimization and the use of data and analytics to support decision-making.
The service is developed through four interconnected digital solutions: AdhaOrder, AdhaTrack, AdhaAccess, and AdhaStore. Pelindo has commissioned PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) to operate the ADHARA platform.
Sustainable Connectivity
The Director General of Transportation Integration and Multimodal Transportation at the Ministry of Transportation, Mohamad Risal Wasal, said that integrated and sustainable connectivity is a crucial part of supporting the national logistics system.
"Connectivity must be integrated, integrated, and sustainable. It must have access, sustainability, and resilience. We've seen how ADHARA was introduced. Hopefully, with ADHARA, various existing issues can be resolved and integration between sectors can improve," said Risal.
Principle of Neutrality and Security
On the same occasion, ILCS President Director Natal Iman Ginting said ADHARA was developed with the principles of openness, neutrality, security, and the use of technology to encourage collaboration in the maritime and logistics ecosystem.
"ADHARA is an open platform, accessible to the entire ecosystem; neutral, not favoring any particular party; secure, with guaranteed data security; and most importantly, smart," said Natal.
The development of ADHARA is part of Pelindo's transformation agenda, which aligns with Danantara Indonesia's transformation direction, encouraging state-owned enterprises to become more efficient, integrated, and competitive through strengthened collaboration and the use of digital technology. Through interconnected systems and actors, ADHARA is expected to foster a port and logistics ecosystem that is increasingly integrated, data-driven, and user-oriented.
Collaboration Opportunities
One of ADHARA's early adopters, PT Meratus Line, believes that connecting players through digital platforms can open up broader collaboration opportunities.
"This collaboration can create more end-to-end services, speed up processes, and open up opportunities to present new solutions that may have previously been difficult to implement," said Heri Cahyono, GM Operation Liner & Terminal Nusantara PT Meratus Line.
Through ADHARA, Pelindo hopes that more systems, services, and actors in the logistics chain can be connected so that the logistics process becomes simpler, more transparent, and more efficient.
