PALEMBANG (ISL News) - Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang held a socialization event for the Boom Baru Passenger Terminal Service Information in the VIP Room of the Boom Baru Palembang Passenger Terminal. The event was led by the Commercial Manager and the management of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang, with stakeholders and ship operators invited.
This socialization explains the service standards outlined in the Service Information, in line with the #MelayaniSepenuhHati (Serving Full Heart) spirit that underpins Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang's service delivery to users. Key points addressed include the friendliness and empathy of staff in serving passengers, time certainty and clarity of service flow, transparency of information and costs, comfort and security of terminal facilities, and ease of submission of feedback and complaints for service users.
Also present at this activity were the management of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang, as well as representatives from KSOP Class I Palembang, Polairud Polrestabes Palembang, KSK Boom Baru, Express Bahari Ship Operator and PT OKI Pulp and Paper.
In his remarks, Darmawi, Commercial Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang, stated that this outreach program is a crucial opportunity to ensure that established service standards are consistently implemented for service users. "The spirit of #ServingWithAllHearts must become our shared work culture, so that every service user at the Boom Baru Terminal can experience fast, safe, and comfortable service," he said.
In his direction, Darmawi also emphasized the importance of synergy and collaboration across agencies, starting from KSK Boom Baru, KSOP Class I Palembang, Express Bahari Ship Operator, PT OKI Pulp and Paper, to Polairud Polrestabes Palembang, to support the smooth and safe operation of passenger services at the Boom Baru Terminal.
