JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (PTP Nonpetikemas) won the Silver award in the Sustainability Report category at the 2026 Indonesia Social Responsibility Award (ISRA) held by Prospectus Media at the Swiss-Belhotel Surakarta, Central Java (August 6). This award recognizes the company's commitment to building responsible business practices through transparent, accountable, and long-term impact-oriented sustainability reporting.
ISRA 2026 carries the theme "Catalyzing Collective Change for Scalable Impact" which encourages cross-sector collaboration in strengthening social and environmental responsibility practices as part of business strategy. This activity brings together industry players, regulators, academics, media, and government to encourage the implementation of sustainability towards Golden Indonesia 2045. The implementation of ISRA 2026 was also attended by the Mayor of Surakarta Respati Achmad Ardianto and the Rector of Al-Azhar University Indonesia Prof. Dr. Widodo Muktiyo, SE, M.Comm.
Miftah Faridl Widhagdha, the ISRA 2026 Steering Committee member, stated that the ISRA award is not only a form of appreciation but also a momentum for the business world to strengthen the implementation of social and environmental responsibility through collaboration and concrete actions.
"ISRA 2026 is not just an awards ceremony, but a momentum to strengthen the business world's commitment to carrying out social and environmental responsibilities sustainably. Sustainability can only be achieved through collaboration and concrete action, so that companies can become agents of change that positively impact society, the environment, and Indonesia's future toward Indonesia Emas 2045," Miftah stated in his remarks.
President Director of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Indra Hidayat Sani, emphasized that the Sustainability Report is not just a reporting document, but a strategic instrument that reflects the direction of the company's transformation.
"Sustainability must be part of how a company creates value. Through the Sustainability Report, we establish transparency on company performance, measure the impact of our programs, and ensure that business growth aligns with social and environmental contributions," said Indra.
As a company operating in the port sector, PTP Nonpetikemas continues to strengthen the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in its operations and corporate governance. This includes operational efficiency, improved workplace safety, strengthened relationships with communities surrounding its operational areas, and environmental management focused on long-term sustainability.
Senior Manager Corporate Secretary of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Fiona Sari Utami, said that the quality of sustainability reporting is an important part of building public trust and strengthening corporate accountability to stakeholders.

ISRA 2026 was attended by 89 companies from Aceh to Papua. The event highlighted various social and environmental responsibility practices, ranging from community economic empowerment, environmental preservation, improving education quality, and social inclusion as part of efforts to promote sustainable development in Indonesia.
This achievement strengthens PTP Nonpetikemas' commitment to continuously integrate ESG principles into its decision-making processes, operational management, and relationships with the community and stakeholders.
