BATAM (ISL News) - PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (PJM), PT Pelindo Marine Service (PMS), and the PT Pelindo Marine Service Workers Union officially (Serikat Pekerja) signed a Joint Agreement (PB) as a form of joint commitment to building harmonious, collaborative, and sustainable industrial relations (September 22, 2026).
The signing of this Joint Agreement marks an important milestone in strengthening the synergy between management and workers, while also reflecting the spirit of creating a working relationship based on communication, openness, and shared interests.
Through this PB, management and the Workers Union affirm their commitment to continue building a conducive, professional work environment that supports the improvement of the welfare and productivity of all company employees.
