JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), as part of the Pelindo Group and PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim, reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) by signing a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the KEJARI North Jakarta. The signing took place on Wednesday (August 6, 2026) at the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office.
The Cooperation Agreement was signed by the President Director of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk, Shanti Puruhita, and the Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, SH, MH, witnessed by the Executive Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2, Budi Prasetio. This collaboration is a strategic step to strengthen the synergy between IPCM and the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office in supporting the resolution of various legal issues in the civil and state administrative fields.
Shanti Puruhita, President Director of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk, stated that this collaboration demonstrates IPCM's commitment to conducting business professionally, transparently, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. "As a public company that prioritizes GCG principles, IPCM continues to strengthen its governance, including legal risk management. Through this collaboration, we hope to obtain comprehensive legal support so that every step of the company's business can run optimally, accountably, and provide legal certainty," Shanti said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, SH, MH, said that the Prosecutor's Office through the State Attorney has the authority to provide legal assistance, legal considerations, and other legal actions to state-owned enterprises and BUMN subsidiaries in accordance with applicable provisions.
This Cooperation Agreement aims to optimize the implementation of the parties' duties and functions while increasing the effectiveness of handling and resolving legal problems in the civil and state administration fields, both through litigation and non-litigation mechanisms.
Through this collaboration, IPCM hopes to further strengthen legal compliance, risk mitigation, and the implementation of good corporate governance to support business sustainability. Synergy between the business community and law enforcement officials is expected to create a healthy, transparent, and integrity-based business climate, thereby providing added value for companies, shareholders, and all stakeholders.
