JAKARTA (ISL News) - Koja Container Terminal and the KEJARI North Jakarta signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 6, 2026, at the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office Building.
The signing of this MoU is a form of joint commitment to strengthening synergy through the provision of legal assistance and mentoring, as well as other legal services to support the smooth operation of the company and the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
The agreement was signed by the General Manager of KSO Koja Container Terminal, Mrs. Banu Astrini, together with the Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Mr. Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, SH, MH, as an extension of the previously established cooperation.
Through this collaboration, KSO TPK Koja hopes that the relationship that has been built can continue to provide added value in creating transparent and accountable corporate governance and supporting sustainable business continuity.
