JAKARTA (ISL News) - IPC Container Terminal (IPC TPK) reaffirmed its commitment to improving service transparency and regulatory compliance by signing the Minutes of Verification and Assessment Results of One Export Container Scanner Unit at TPS IPC TPK (TER3) and TPS Mustika Alam Lestari (TMAL).
This verification process was conducted in collaboration with the Head of the Tanjung Priok Type A Main Customs and Excise Service Office and the Management of PT Mustika Alam Lestari. This strategic step was taken by IPC TPK to meet the container terminal facility standards required by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia to support the smooth and transparent flow of national logistics.
"This implementation demonstrates our shared commitment to comply with the regulations set by the Indonesian Ministry of Finance. Thank you for the synergy we have established to support smooth logistics," said Daniel Setiawan, Senior Manager of the IPC TPK Corporate Secretariat.
IPC TPK ensures that all technical and operational aspects of the scanning devices have undergone rigorous testing. This facility's compliance with customs facility and infrastructure standardization regulations ensures security and accuracy in goods inspection. This objective assessment provides legal and operational assurance that export facilities managed by IPC TPK are in prime condition through joint verification and assessment with customs agencies.
Based on the test results, the assessment concluded that the verification of the availability and readiness of the container scanner exceeded the established minimum values. The scanner was declared to meet the minimum standards required for scanning export containers.
"With this signing, the export container scanner is officially ready for use. We hope the use of the export container scanner will support transparency and smooth national logistics," said Agustian Chandra, Terminal Head of Tanjung Priok Port, IPC TPK.
