GRESIK INDONESIA (ISL News) — PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal (IDX: IPCC) received an award in the Green and Smart Port Initiatives (GSPI) category with a 3-Star predicate at the 2026 ASRI Green and Smart Port Initiatives (GSPI) event. The award was presented on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Pier C of Petro Kimia Gresik Port.

This event was organized by the Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs together with IDSurvey Group, which consists of PT SUCOFINDO, PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia, and PT Surveyor Indonesia. This award was given as a form of appreciation for IPCC's commitment to supporting the transformation of ports that are more efficient, digitalized, safe, and environmentally friendly.

GSPI ASRI 2026 is an assessment program designed to encourage ports in Indonesia to transform to become more efficient, digitalized, safe, and environmentally friendly. This program integrates the ASRI principles of Safe, Healthy, Clean, and Beautiful as part of sustainable port management standards. Through this program, participating ports are assessed based on a number of indicators that reflect the quality of operational, environmental, and occupational safety management. The IPCC's participation in this program is a concrete manifestation of the Company's support for the national port transformation agenda towards a greener and smarter one.

The 2026 GSPI ASRI activity was also attended by a number of high-ranking officials of state institutions, including the Coordinating Minister for Food, the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the Minister of Transportation, the Minister of Agriculture, the Minister of Environment, the Minister of Trade, and the Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency. In addition, the President Director of PT Pelindo (Persero) and the President Director of IDSurvey were also present.

From the IPCC ranks, this activity was attended by the Acting President Director of IPCC, Bagus Dwipoyono and the Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management of IPCC. The presence of these stakeholders emphasized the importance of cross-sector collaboration in encouraging the sustainability of environmentally friendly port management in Indonesia and implementing an integrated digitalization-based operational system.

On that occasion, Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi expressed his hope that more ports in Indonesia would participate in the GSPI ASRI program in the future. "We hope other ports will soon follow the ASRI movement. Going forward, this program will not only cover maritime transportation but also other transportation activities. We will continue to push for the wider implementation of the ASRI movement," said Dudy.

Responding to this, the Acting President Director of IPCC, Bagus Dwipoyono, emphasized the IPCC's commitment to making ASRI principles the guiding principle in every aspect of port operations managed by the Company. "This award motivates us to continue to provide safe, healthy, clean, and beautiful port management. As part of our daily operations, IPCC will continue to strengthen collaboration with all stakeholders to improve standards for greater efficiency and sustainability. We will continue to take steps to ensure that the operations we manage can be an example of the consistent implementation of ASRI principles and have a real impact on the surrounding community," said Bagus.

Winning the Green & Smart Port 2026 award is a moment that confirms that the direction of IPCC's transformation is in line with the company's goal of integrating the principles of environmental sustainability and technological intelligence in every aspect of terminal management. This achievement is the result of the collective dedication of all company employees who relentlessly strive to provide the best, while also serving as a strong foundation for IPCC to continue contributing to building a modern and sustainable vehicle terminal logistics ecosystem in Indonesia.

"We are not building terminals that are merely efficient, but rather building terminals that are responsible for the environment and society. This award reminds us that every innovation we present must always be rooted in one goal: creating sustainable added value for the Indonesian vehicle logistics ecosystem, today and for generations to come," Wing concluded.
