SURABAYA INDONESIA (ISL News) - In an effort to strengthen synergy with customers and ensure the optimization of digital solution implementation in the port operational environment, the Board of Commissioners and Directors of Pelindo Solusi Digital conducted a working visit to Regional 3 of Tanjung Perak Port, Surabaya.
The visit covered a number of strategic objects within the Tanjung Perak Port environment, including the Berlian Container Terminal, the Gapura Surya Nusantara Passenger Terminal, and the Integrated Planning and Control facility.
Through this program, the company gained a more comprehensive understanding of operational processes, port services, and the challenges and needs faced by customers in the field. This activity is part of the company's commitment to implementing a winning customer heart approach by strengthening engagement with stakeholders.
By building closer communication and understanding customer needs directly, the company continues to strive to provide relevant solutions, improve service quality, and create sustainable and value-added customer relationships.
During the visit, Pelindo Solusi Digital reviewed the implementation and performance of digital products that have been used to support real-time and integrated terminal operations. One of the products reviewed was PTOS-PK (Pelindo Terminal Operating System – Container), a terminal operating system developed to regulate, manage, and monitor container terminal operational activities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality. In addition, the management also reviewed the implementation of PTOS-R (Pelindo Terminal Operating System – RoRo), a port digitalization system that supports the operational management of Passenger Terminals and Roll-in-Roll-Out Ships to ensure business processes run more effectively, standardized, and integrated.
Pelindo Solusi Digital's Commercial and Business Development Director, Agus Dharmawan, emphasized that this visit is part of the company's commitment to ensuring that every digital solution developed can have a real impact on improving operational effectiveness, service quality, and the competitiveness of the national port ecosystem.
