JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk or SMDR plans to distribute a final cash dividend of Rp 9.5 per share or equivalent to Rp 155,568,200,000, the funds for which will come from the company's business results for the 2025 Financial Year.
This was stated in the results of the SMDR Annual GMS held in Jakarta Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, last Wednesday (24/6/2026), the shareholders approved the proposal of the Company's Board of Directors to distribute a total cash dividend of IDR 12 per share or IDR 196.51 billion.
"And as a final dividend of Rp. 155,568,200,000 or with a dividend value per share of Rp. 9.5, which will be paid in accordance with applicable provisions," said Bani M. Mulia, at the Annual GMS.
As is known, previously on August 29, 2025, SMDR distributed an interim cash dividend to shareholders amounting to Rp 2.50 per share, equivalent to Rp 40.94 billion.
The company recorded the remaining net profit for the 2025 Fiscal Year as retained earnings, which will be used for working capital and investment. "The company did not set aside funds for mandatory reserves, because it has met the minimum mandatory reserve requirements."
With the determination of the final dividend of IDR 9.5 per share, PT Samudera Indonesia Tangguh as the controlling shareholder (PSP) will reap IDR 90.28 billion (IDR 90.279 billion), while PT Ngrumat Bondo Utomo as the holder of 6.02 percent of SMDR shares is entitled to receive dividends worth IDR 24.91 billion.
Dividend Allocation
Meanwhile, the final dividend allocation for public investors or shareholders with ownership below 5 percent is Rp39.156 billion, including individual investor Sudiarso (1.91%), who will receive Rp2.97 billion. The remaining dividend allocation will be transferred to the accounts of several members of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Directors, according to their respective ownership portions in SMDR.

- Interim Dividend: Rp2.5 per share (paid in August 2025).
- Final Dividend: Rp9.5 per share.

- The company's net profit was recorded at USD 52.1 million, a 3% increase compared to the previous fiscal year. The remaining net profit was allocated as retained earnings for business expansion.
