PTP Nonpetikemas President Director, Indra Hidayat Sani, won the Indonesia Best 50 CEO Awards 2026 in the Most Innovation category, organized by The Iconomics in the 2026 CEO Forum series entitled “Resilient Leadership in the Age of Disruption.”
This award demonstrates the company's leadership, which has driven business transformation and strengthened its competitiveness. The event was attended by several strategic stakeholders, including Ni Made Ayu Marthini, Deputy for Marketing at the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia; Reza Yamora Siregar, Chief Economist at Danantara Indonesia; and Bram S. Putro, Founder & CEP, who also shared their perspective on the importance of adaptive leadership.
The Indonesia Best 50 CEO Awards are employee-choice awards, awarded through a survey of nearly 10,000 respondents from various industries. The assessment is comprehensive, considering four key parameters: popularity, competency, crisis leadership, and personality, reflecting the true perceptions of leadership quality from employees and industry players.
