JAKARTA (ISL News, April 29, 2026) – PT IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) received a visit from two international delegations at Tanjung Priok Port on Monday (April 28), as part of efforts to strengthen relations and explore opportunities for cooperation in the maritime, technology, and port sectors with global partners.

The first visit was conducted in the morning by the United States Maritime and Tech Security Trade Mission. The delegation inspected terminal operations and discussed maritime sector development, technology, port security, and strengthening the modern logistics ecosystem.

Later that afternoon, IPC TPK also hosted an Estonian delegation as part of a series of visits by the Estonian Minister of Infrastructure to Indonesia. The delegation inspected the operational activities of the container terminal and discussed collaboration opportunities in ports, maritime infrastructure, and the development of efficient and integrated logistics systems.

Both visits took place at the Planning and Control IPC TPK, Tanjung Priok Port, and were facilitated as a form of IPC TPK's support for PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or Pelindo's steps in expanding its international network and exploring strategic cooperation opportunities with various countries.

IPC TPK Corporate Secretary stated that this visit is an important opportunity to introduce the operational capabilities of Indonesian container terminals while strengthening the position of national ports in the global logistics chain.

"IPC TPK fully supports Pelindo's efforts to open up international collaboration opportunities in the maritime and logistics sectors. This visit provides an opportunity to demonstrate IPC TPK's ongoing operational readiness, service transformation, and terminal development to support more modern, efficient, and integrated services," said Daniel Setiawan, Corporate Secretary of IPC TPK.

IPC TPK views the visit of the two delegations as aligning with the company's transformation and corporate actions, particularly in promoting the digitalization of terminal services, increasing the efficiency of loading and unloading processes, and strengthening technology-based operational systems. IPC TPK's various transformation initiatives are currently focused on increasing terminal productivity, accelerating the flow of goods, and supporting a smooth national supply chain.

Through this visit, IPC TPK hopes to open up opportunities for the exchange of information, experiences, and broader synergy opportunities with international partners. This collaboration is expected to support the development of the national maritime sector, which is increasingly adaptable to technological developments and global trade needs.
