BANDAR LAMPUNG (ISL News ) - In order to enliven the commemoration of National Transportation Day 2024, Pelindo Regional 2 Panjang held a billiards competition between maritime agencies. The event, which was held at City Billiar Bandar Lampung, was attended by 20 maritime agencies with a total of 80 participants. This activity took place lively with high enthusiasm from all participants.
This competition activity was opened by the Head of KSOP Class 1 Panjang Jece Julita Piris who said that "this activity is a competition event as well as a gathering between maritime people, especially Panjang Port, where this is an annual routine agenda in order to commemorate National Transportation Day which falls on September 17 every year. We hope that this will be an event for gathering and communication with the aim of creating harmony between maritime people so that we can all make a positive contribution to all service users, especially Panjang Port.
Similar to what was conveyed by the General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Panjang Imam Rahmiyadi "that this activity is an initiative mandated to us as the Port operator where various series of National Transportation Day commemorations continue to be carried out every year with the same goal, building synergy between maritime elements, friendship and establishing good relations through sports, we all hope that this activity can be a relaxation for all participants which will have an impact on positive values in carrying out tasks in our daily lives, so that service to service users can be carried out optimally. Similar to the theme of Harhubnas 2024, namely "Advanced Transportation, New Archipelago" moving consistently and inspiring enthusiasm in carrying out transformation and innovation to realize advanced transportation"
The billiard tournament activity to commemorate Harhubnas 2024 was won by the Lampung Provincial Manpower Office and the Lampung APBMI DPW which was in second place and the Lampung INSA DPC which was in third place.
This activity was continued with the presentation of prizes to the winners and closed with a group photo.
