PELINDO JASA MARITIM or SPJM Launches Call Center, For Customer Convenience

 — PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (SPJM), launched a call center as part of customer convenience in accessing maritime services provided by SPJM. This is a manifestation of SPJM's commitment as a leader in integrated and world-class maritime services.


PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim is one of Pelindo's subholding companies, which provides marine services, port equipments, port utilities, and shipyard and dredging solutions. For SPJM, customers are the breath of life, therefore serving customers is very important and is the Company's commitment to continue to improve its quality and organize any deficiencies.


To improve the quality of service, SPJM launched a contact center at the peak of the PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim Customer Hearing Event which was held in Bali, 10 - 12 July 2024.


"If there is anything you want to convey, either in the form of complaints or suggestions from service users, please contact us directly through the contact center number 081153507878," said SPJM Corporate Secretary, Tubagus Ptarick Tribudi Utama Iskandar, quoting the speech of the President Director of PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim, Arief Prabowo, in front of service users who attended and enjoyed the food at the Gala Dinner event, Customer Hearing Event, July 11.


"Of course, we cannot present all customers in one opportunity, but we hope to continue to build closeness with service users and hear what their needs are regarding company services," he continued.


To continue to strengthen services through standardization of business processes and services at the port, it is hoped that the call center number 081153507878 can help service users to convey various suggestions and input for the services provided.


"This contact center is part of the management's efforts to improve services to service users, and it is hoped that it can provide benefits so that together we can realize a national logistics chain that is getting better from year to year," Patrick added.
