PALEMBANG (ISL News) - Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang received a visit from the Chairman and Management of the South Sumatra Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) as part of efforts to strengthen communication, collaboration, and synergy with the business world in South Sumatra.
The visit, which took place at the Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang Office, was welcomed by the General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang and the management team. Also present at the meeting was the General Manager of Logistics Regional 1 of PT Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI), a Pelindo subsidiary, which supports strengthening collaboration within the port and logistics ecosystem.
The meeting provided a platform for exchanging information and discussing developments in port activities, logistics services, and opportunities for synergy that can be developed to support the needs of the business world and the economy in South Sumatra.
General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang, Darmawi, said that communication and collaboration with stakeholders are important parts of building an increasingly integrated port ecosystem.
"Pelindo continues to open up opportunities for collaboration and communication with various stakeholders, including the South Sumatra Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN). Through this meeting, we hope to further understand the needs of the business community and strengthen synergies in supporting port and logistics activities in South Sumatra," said Darmawi.
On this occasion, Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang together with PT Multi Terminal Indonesia also conveyed various developments related to port services and activities, while also receiving input and aspirations from the South Sumatra Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
