JAKARTA (ISL News) – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), which is part of PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim and Pelindo Group, continues to encourage increased investment literacy and awareness within the company through the IPCM Investment Academy, which was held in a hybrid manner from the Latief Hendraningrat Hall, Jakarta State University, Jakarta (10/9/2026).
This activity was attended by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta State University (UNJ) and IPCM personnel, both in person and online. It served as a learning space to broaden understanding of investment and build confidence in making wise and measured investment decisions.
Carrying the theme "Navigate, Invest, Grow," the event, part of a series commemorating IPCM's 13th anniversary, provided insights into the world of investment, including an understanding of various investment instruments, opportunities and risks, and the importance of determining an investment strategy that aligns with individual goals and financial profiles. This event also provided a platform for IPCM students and staff to discuss and gain a more practical perspective on understanding investment.
The event will begin with an Opening Speech by Prof. Dr. Mohamad Rizan, SE, MM, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta State University, and Dessy Emastari P, Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management, IPCM. Meanwhile, the Investment Talk session will present Yusuf Adi Pradana, Market Development Division of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, and Albertus Axel, Qualified Financial Educator & Content Creator, and Eddy Haristiani, EVP Corporate Secretary of IPCM, as speakers.
IPCM's Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Risk Management stated that investment literacy is an important aspect in supporting the well-being of company employees while also preparing the younger generation to face the increasingly dynamic world of finance.
"Through the IPCM Investment Academy, we aim to build a better understanding of investing, both for IPCM staff and our fellow students, so they can make wise, measured financial decisions that align with their individual goals from an early age. We hope this initiative can be part of the company's efforts to support the well-being and sustainable growth of IPCM staff and the younger generation," he said.
