JAKARTA (ISL News) – PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Tanjung Priok has once again demonstrated its commitment to providing tangible benefits to the community through the Pelindo Sehat 2026 Program, part of the NPEA Strategic Project Program. This activity was held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the Community Hall of RW 14, Kalibaru Cilincing North Jakarta.
Under the theme "Free TB Screening and Health Checks," this activity provided health screening services to the public to raise awareness of the importance of early detection of tuberculosis (TB). A total of 125 residents received free health checks, while 100 orphans received assistance as a form of the company's social responsibility to the community surrounding the port's operations.
This program is a collaboration between PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 and KBL Tanjung Priok to support improving public health while strengthening harmonious relationships with the surrounding environment. Through this activity, Pelindo hopes to make a real contribution to creating a healthier community and supporting social welfare in the Kalibaru Village area.
Also present at the event were the management of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Tanjung Priok, including the Executive General Manager of Regional 2 Tanjung Priok, Senior Manager of Finance, HR, General Affairs and KBL Tanjung Priok, as well as representatives from Public Relations and the Environment. Also present were local government elements and stakeholders, including representatives from the Mayor of North Jakarta, the Head of the North Jakarta Health Sub-agency, the Head of Cilincing District, the Head of the Cilincing District Health Center, the Head of Kalibaru Village, the Head of the Kalibaru Community Health Center, and the Youth Organization of Kalibaru Village.
Through the Pelindo Sehat 2026 Program, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Tanjung Priok hopes to continue implementing social programs that positively impact the community. In addition to improving access to healthcare services, this initiative also demonstrates the company's commitment to supporting sustainable social development and strengthening synergies with communities surrounding the port's operational areas.
