JAKARTA (ISL News) - Welcoming its 13th Anniversary, PT IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) began its series of celebrations through the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) Program in the 'Khitanan Massal' for 20 children from the Safaraz Insani Qur'an House and the community around the company's operational area in Cilincing, North Jakarta.
As the opening agenda of the 13th Anniversary series, this activity is a manifestation of IPC TPK's concern in supporting access to health services for the community while strengthening relations with the surrounding environment.
The mass circumcision program is being held in collaboration with the Safaraz Insani Qur'an House of the Islamic Friends Foundation and the DPC SPPI Bersatu of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas. This collaboration is expected to help the community obtain free, safe, comfortable circumcision services that meet health service standards.
Senior Manager of IPC TPK Corporate Secretariat, Daniel Setiawan, said that the momentum of the 13th Anniversary is an opportunity for the company to share happiness while providing benefits that can be directly felt by the community. "The company's anniversary is not only a moment to remember the journey of IPC TPK for 13 years, but also an opportunity to share with the community that has grown with us," said Daniel.
Mass circumcision is one of IPC TPK's Community and Social Services (TJSL) programs, focusing on improving the community's quality of life through access to healthcare services. This program also supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Number 3: Good Health and Well-being, which focuses on healthy living and well-being for all.
In the spirit of its 13th anniversary, IPC TPK continues to promote the implementation of CSR programs that positively impact communities surrounding its operational areas. The company believes that sustainable growth must go hand in hand with tangible social contributions.
"We hope the spirit of togetherness fostered through this activity can be maintained. Moving forward, IPC TPK will continue to offer various TJSL programs that are relevant to community needs and provide sustainable benefits," Daniel concluded.
