JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) is encouraging value creation through the inauguration of the renovation and optimization of the Dojo as the company's internal training facility, as well as the inauguration of the Al Mawqif Mosque at the IPCC Jakarta headquarters, Tanjung Priok. This event was attended directly by the Director of Operations and Engineering, Bagus Dwipoyono and the Director of Finance, HR, & Risk Management, Wing Megantoro along with all levels of management and company employees. The renovation and optimization of the Dojo were carried out in order to improve and maintain the competence of all IPCC human resources to be ready to face the challenges of the increasingly competitive port industry and as a forum to implement a culture of continuous improvement not only in the operational field but also throughout the port chain while the Al Mawqif Mosque is present as a spiritual space that fulfills the spiritual needs of all employees in the work environment. These two initiatives are a concrete manifestation of IPCC's commitment to developing human resources that are not only professionally superior, but also strong in character and values.
The facilities that have been upgraded at the Dojo include a Simulator Room that is adapted to the latest technological developments, a Safety Education Room, a Trainer Room, a Learning Room that can accommodate more than 50 people in one session and a more comfortable Prayer Room. Optimization was also carried out to align with international competency standards in the field of ports and automotive logistics in accordance with the new tagline of IPCC Integrated Auto Solutions. The result is a training facility that is not only physically better, but also much more functional and inspiring as a space for self-development for each of IPCC's best talents so that it truly carries out the spirit of wholehearted service to service users.
"This Dojo renovation is not just a physical update, but rather IPCC's commitment to making employee competency development a strategic priority. We believe that a well-trained workforce is the foundation of reliable, efficient, and internationally standardized operational services. With this optimized Dojo facility, we are optimistic about being able to produce professionals who are ready to face the challenges of the ever-growing automotive logistics industry," said Bagus Dwipoyono.
Along with the renovation of the Dojo, IPCC also inaugurated the Al Mawqif Prayer Room as an official prayer facility that fulfills the spiritual needs of all employees who use the services within the company environment in their daily activities. The name Al Mawqif, which means "resting place," was chosen to reflect the function of the prayer room as a space for respite amidst the dynamics of work as a place for everyone to pause, calm the heart, strengthen spirituality, and get closer to the Creator. The inauguration of the prayer room was also filled with TJSL activities providing assistance to orphans around the company area as a form of gratitude as well as strengthening the values of togetherness and social care. This prayer room is equipped with an ablution area, a spacious and comfortable prayer room, and supporting facilities for religious study activities and employee spiritual development. With the completion and inauguration of the IPCC Al Mawqif Prayer Room, IPCC Mengaji activities can be carried out centrally and more comfortably. The presence of the Al Mawqif Prayer Room confirms IPCC's commitment to creating a work environment that not only supports productivity, but also balances the professional and spiritual needs of each employee.
"More than just a facility, this prayer room is expected to be a calming place, where every employee can take a moment to relieve stress, strengthen their relationship with the Creator, and find peace amidst their daily activities. The inauguration of this prayer room is also expected to be a reminder that the values of caring, togetherness, and gratitude must always be alive in the work environment. Management hopes that the presence of this prayer room will not only bring benefits to those who worship there, but also be a source of blessings, strengthen ties of friendship, and foster a spirit to continue sharing kindness with others," concluded Wing Megantoro.
