MAKASSAR (ISL News, April 20, 2026) – PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (SPJM) Group, a subholding of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) which operates in the fields of Marine, Equipment, Port Services, Dredging and Shipyard (MEPS) held a Sharing Session with Dumai Port Stakeholders on April 15, 2026.
The sharing session activity held in Dumai City was attended by KSOP Class I Dumai, Chairman and Management of DPC INSA Dumai, Chairman and Management of DPW ISAA, Director of Strategy and Commercial concurrently Director of Operations and Engineering SPJM, Representative of General Manager of Pelindo Dumai Branch, Senior Manager of Region 1 SPJM and Service Users at Dumai Port as well as internal Pelindo Group totaling 90 participants.
This sharing session demonstrates SPJM's commitment to consistently providing service excellence to its customers. SPJM provides a platform for customers in Dumai to share their ideas, insights , and suggestions for improvements to enhance the quality of ship operations at Dumai Branch Port.
In the sharing session, hopes were also expressed to other Pelindo sub-holdings related to the smooth operation of B/M Curah and as a single unit of the Pelindo Group, SPJM will convey this message for the sake of total excellent service.
