JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News, February 13, 2026) – The subholding of PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik (SPSL) has officially transformed into PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva. This name change is an effort to strengthen the Company's representation as a provider of integrated port support service solutions within the region amidst the dynamics of business lines and evolving customer needs. This also aims to sharpen the corporate direction from various aspects to ensure alignment with the Pelindo Group's future roadmap and strategy.
As an effort to strengthen the Company's identity, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva not only changed its name, but also introduced a new Company logo as a visualization that depicts the spirit of synergy in providing service solutions.
President Director of PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, Joko Noerhudha, revealed that this name change was motivated by the need for a corporate identity that more accurately reflects the Company's role and business portfolio.
"The name Sinergi Lokaseva is considered to more accurately represent the Company's position as a strategic holding company with two main portfolios: port support services and hinterland development. The integrated services provided by the group's entities further strengthen the connection between the port ecosystem and the national supply chain," he said.
Joko Noerhudha added that in the future, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva will optimize the development of its port support service portfolio as well as hinterland development, both through the port-led industrial/logistics infrastructure concept and dynamic port-cities, in order to create an integrated, harmonious and sustainable port and regional/urban ecosystem.
The name Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva itself has a strong philosophy. Lokaseva is derived from Sanskrit, consisting of the words "Loka," meaning world or region, and "Seva," meaning service. In its literal sense, Lokaseva can be interpreted as integrated services for various regions.
This philosophy reflects the Company's commitment to providing port support services not only in managing the flow of goods, but also in developing supporting areas as a form of ecosystem synergy to create efficiency, added value, and effectiveness of the supply chain.
"We hope this transformation will provide sustainable added value for customers, stakeholders, and the community, while supporting the growth of the port ecosystem and its supporting areas in Indonesia," concluded Joko Noerhudha.
