MAKASSAR INDONESIA (ISL News) - Shareholders of PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (SPJM), a subholding of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) which operates in the Marine, Equipment, Port Services, Dredging and Shipyard (MEPS) sectors, reshuffled the SPJM Commissioners on February 9, 2026.
SPJM shareholders appointed Hermanto as President Commissioner of SPJM, replacing Otto Ardianto, who remains a member of the SPJM Board of Commissioners. SPJM also appointed Irma Rahayu Nasution to the SPJM Board of Commissioners.
The changes to the SPJM Board of Commissioners are stated in the Circular Decision of Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim Number KP.03/9/2/4/RKTK/UTMA/PLND-26 and Number SK.03/9/2/3/SKPR/UTMA/PSD-26 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim signed by the Director of Human Resources and General Affairs of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) and the President Director of PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) as the proxy of the SPJM shareholders.
In this decision, the shareholders also honorably dismissed Neil Iskandar Daulay and Achmad Idrus as previous members of the Board of Commissioners.

With this decision, the composition of the members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim, effective February 9, 2026, is as follows:
Hermanto: President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner
Otto Ardianto: Commissioner
Irma Rahayu Nasution: Commissioner
Eris Herryanto: Independent Commissioner
