Welcoming the New Year 2025, PTP Non-container Continues to Operate 24/7 and Appreciates Customers Through Last & First Ship Call

 PTP Nonpetikemas also contributes to supporting the smooth flow of logistics during the 2024/2025 Christmas and New Year (Nataru) holidays with 24/7 active service operations. In addition, PTP Nonpetikemas also held a "Last and First Ship Call" event to maintain good relations with customers. This event was held at all PTP Nonpetikemas branches, namely Tanjung Priok Port Branch, Banten Port Branch, Cirebon Branch, Panjang Branch, Bengkulu Branch, Palembang Branch, Jambi Branch, Teluk Bayur Branch, Tanjung Pandan Branch, Pangkal Balam Branch, and Pontianak Branch.


This event is an important moment to give awards to the last ship to dock at the PTP Nonpetikemas pier in 2024 and the first ship to dock in 2025. Several PTP Nonpetikemas branches held this event together with the Harbor Master's Office and the local Port Authority as a form of positive collaboration to welcome 2025 with full synergy.


Commercial and Business Development Director, Dwi Rahmad Toto S also attended the “Last Ship and First Ship Call” at PTP Nonpetikemas Tanjung Priok Branch on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. He personally presented the Certificate of Appreciation to the captains as a form of appreciation for the trust given to PTP Nonpetikemas.


"I really appreciate the trust of customers who have chosen to partner with us. We are committed to maintaining and continuously improving the quality of service so that we can provide a satisfying experience. I also thank all port stakeholders who have collaborated to realize common goals," said Dwi Rahmad Toto.

 

"During the 2024/2025 Christmas and New Year holidays, we will continue to operate normally 24/7. PTP Nonpetikemas always provides the best service so that port operational activities can take place effectively and efficiently. Moreover, currently all branches have transformed and implemented PTOS-M so that services will be integrated and real-time," he added.

 

Through the “Last Ship and First Ship Call” implemented in all branches, PTP Nonpetikemas hopes to continue to maintain good relations with customers. PTP Nonpetikemas believes that good relations with customers are the key to the success of the business process being implemented. This momentum is also a positive start to face various challenges and opportunities in 2025, while also emphasizing PTP Nonpetikemas' commitment to providing the best service.
