 - PT Berkah Industri Mesin Lift or known by the abbreviation PT BIMA was established in 2015 as a port heavy equipment procurement company. At that time, PT BIMA grew to serve the needs of maintenance, repair and modification services for port heavy equipment as well as procurement of spare parts for port heavy equipment.


In 2018, along with increasing work performance, PT BIMA expanded its wings to civil works in the port sector starting from dock repair work, maintenance of port accessories, construction of structures and reclamation.


Under the supervision of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) and PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim as the parent company, PT BIMA has grown as a company that serves engineering needs well.


In carrying out its duties, in addition to working with the principles of good corporate governance (GCG) based on transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and openness, PT BIMA brings a work concept called Total Engineering Services, namely the concept of implementing engineering work in the mechanical, electrical and civil fields in a holistic, integrated and sustainable manner in order to increase the operational value of client assets in their business activities.

QUALITY, K3L & ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY

PT Berkah Industri Mesin Hoisting, in the framework of implementing maintenance and increasing the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, K3, Environment and Anti-Bribery and commitment to realizing business activities that are free from bribery and corruption practices by implementing:

1. Committed to fulfilling and implementing all requirements of ISO 900:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2018 & ISO 37001:2016, Quality Management System, K3, Environment and Anti-Bribery in the implementation of the company's business activities;

2. Comply with laws and regulations and other requirements, code of ethics, corporate values ​​and culture, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Risk Management in carrying out business processes within the Company;

3. Improving and developing the company's business to support the company's strategic direction by setting Quality, K3, Environmental and Anti-Bribery targets to achieve the goals and targets of the Integrated Management System;

4. Fulfillment of customer expectations and requirements in terms of quality, speed of service and competitive prices, OHS regulations, Environment and Anti-Bribery practices through continuous improvement to eliminate hazards, reduce risks and improve Performance 5. Quality, OHS, Environment and Anti-Bribery to provide satisfaction to customers and other stakeholders;

6. Prevent work accidents, work-related diseases, and diseases resulting from work relationships, by controlling potential and implementing K3 culture;

7. Carrying out prevention against HIV/AIDS as well as prevention and handling of drug abuse, psychotropic drugs and other addictive substances in the work environment;

8. Support environmental preservation and prevent pollution through environmental impact management and efforts to improve environmental performance in a sustainable manner;

9. Prohibit, prevent, and increase control over the potential for bribery practices and acts of corruption, collusion and nepotism in the company environment with good faith and/or a reasonable basis of belief;

10. Increase employee awareness and competence by providing education to improve the performance of the Integrated Management System in accordance with advances in science and technology and involve employees in consultation and participation in the principles of the Quality, K3, Environmental and Anti-Bribery Management Systems;

11. Maintain confidentiality and protect whistleblowers of bribery or violations of the anti-bribery management system from retaliation, because they are concerned about the implementation of the anti-bribery management system;

12. Establish the authority and independence of the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP);

13. Conduct supervision and evaluation of the Anti-Bribery Management System;

Taking strict sanctions against all forms of non-compliance and deviation from the applicable anti-bribery policy;
