JAKARTA (ISL News) - As one of the forms of fulfilling the obligations of a Public Company in conveying the Company's performance and achievements to the public, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) held a Public Expose in 2024 at Penang Bistro, Kebon Sirih, Jakarta.
The activity, which was carried out in a hybrid manner, was attended directly by the IPCC Board of Directors, namely the President Director and Acting Director of Commercial and Business Development, Sugeng Mulyadi, Director of Operations and Engineering, Bagus Dwipoyono and Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management, Wing Megantoro as well as the Company's loyal investors.
IPCC as a Subholding Subsidiary of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal which has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since July 9, 2018, has consistently since the Pelindo merger in 2021 developed its operational terminal business to a number of areas other than Tanjung Priok and Pontianak Port, namely Belawan Port, Makassar Port, Balikpapan Port and Banjarmasin Port. In carrying out its business activities, IPCC prioritizes the principles of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and is based on the core value of AKHLAK which is implemented in the behavior of IPCC Personnel and the culture in the Company's work environment.
In line with business expansion, strong financial fundamentals and superior human resources, the IPCC Board of Directors conveyed that the Company's positive performance achievements were not only supported by the growth of the domestic electric car market which was quite significant compared to previous years, but also from a number of strategic program implementations in the commercial sector.
"In line with the increasing market trend for EVs (electric vehicles), this year IPCC was able to record solid performance growth and attract stock market share to convince investors to buy and increase the volume of IPCC share ownership. As a year-end closing gift, IPCC plans to provide interim dividends to loyal IPCC investors," said Sugeng Mulyadi.
In the future, to continue to develop and be competitive in the world of ports, especially vehicle terminals, management is also continuing its expansion plan to a number of ports in Indonesia owned by Pelindo. "IPCC will continue to improve superior operational services accompanied by transformation, standardization and digitization of terminals to be able to manage vehicle terminals in Pelindo's work areas throughout Indonesia with the implementation of the PTOS-C system. In line with the addition of work areas, in terms of consolidation there has been an increase in the number of cargo handled, until the Q3 2024 period the consolidated cargo volume grew by 13.55% or 760,907 units (YoY) where the largest growth was in the number of cargo trucks and buses increasing by 52,917 units or 80.32% (YoY) "said Bagus Dwipoyono.
It does not stop there, to improve financial performance, the Company also takes a number of initiative steps. "In improving financial performance and user trust, IPCC takes a number of initiative steps such as optimizing asset use, prudent and professional financial management and making every business process and activity of the Company efficient so that in the end it can provide added value for investors."
