JAKARTA TANJUNG PRIOK (ISL News) - Held at SMK Negeri 12 Kebon Bawang, North Jakarta, Pelindo Regional 2 Tanjung Priok Implemented the Pelindo Mengajar Program. Present at the event were Executive General Manager of Regional 2 Tanjung Priok, Adi Sugiri, Senior Manager of Finance and HR, Ruli Nanang Sumpeniaji. Senior Manager of Commercial, Chandra Irawan, Senior Manager of Engineering, R Apriyanto, and staff of Regional 2 Tanjung Priok. Also present were the Principal of SMK Negeri 12, Mrs. Tati Widiyarsih along with teachers and 150 students of SMK Negeri 12.
Pelindo as a BUMN has the responsibility to support the Government in providing guidance and assistance to the Community and implementing human resource empowerment programs through Pelindo Mengajar activities. Pelindo wants to take part in efforts to produce the next generation of the nation who are moral and realize positive benefits for the Community and create added value for the Company. Pelindo Mengajar wants to ignite the spirit of students to move quickly, optimistically, always continue to learn to master soft skills and hard skills.
In his speech and presentation, Adi Sugiri said "Pelindo Mengajar is a Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program activity, one of which is to assist the teaching and learning process in schools". On that occasion, Adi Sugiri also explained about various activities / activities at the Port Related to the four businesses in Pelindo which include Container services. Non-container, logistics and Maritime Services. The principal of SMK Negeri 12 Jakarta Tati Widiyarsih in her speech said that SMK Negeri 12 is very grateful to Pelindo Regional 2 Tanjung Priok with the Pelindo Mengajar Program, because they have visited and introduced the Port to SMK Negeri 12 students, hopefully the students can understand the role of the port in the national economy. Tati Widiyarsih also hopes that SMK Negeri 12 students will have the opportunity to take part in the Port, especially Tanjung Priok Port.
On that occasion, Pelindo Regional 2 Tanjung Priok also provided assistance in the form of several school equipment which is expected to support the smooth running of the teaching and learning process at school.
"We hope that the Pelindo Mengajar program and assistance with school equipment can make the teaching and learning process at SMK N 12 run well," concluded Adi Sugiri.
