CHINA (ISL News) – On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the Central Executive Board (DPP) of the Indonesian Container Depot Association or ASDEKI signed an MoU or MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION with ALTA ELITE SDN BHD.
According the Chairman of ASDEKI, Khairul Mahalli, the objectives of the Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) between (ALFA ELITE SDN BHD) and (INDONESIAN CONTAINER DEPO ASSOCIATION) include: 1) To deepen cooperation between Malaysia, Indonesia and China to promote extensive exchanges, reciprocal services, and economic and trade interactions through a jointly built platform.
“The second objective is to establish friendly relations between ALTA ELITE SDN BHD (“Alta Elite”) and the INDONESIAN CONTAINER DEPO ASSOCIATION (“ASDEKI”) to jointly explore potential trade and investment opportunities,” said Khairul Mahalli.
It was said that in the MOC, the first parties agreed to uphold the principles of "equality, complementarity, friendly cooperation and progress" to strengthen cooperation and facilitate the exchange of information among entrepreneurs in both countries and collaborative platforms.
"Secondly, it was also agreed by us as parties to establish a standardized collaborative mechanism that includes activities such as sharing information, fostering economic and trade partnerships, and facilitating personnel exchanges," he continued.
In addition, it was also agreed that the parties must cooperate in good faith and fully carry out their obligations to ensure the effectiveness of this MOC.
