JAKARTA (ISL News) - - PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik or SPSL as a Subholding of Pelindo Port BUMN is again holding the 2024 SPSL Program of Innovation and Technology (SPRINT) with the theme "Collaboration Towards Business Excellence".
This event aims to strengthen the culture of innovation, which in the future is expected to increase company competitiveness and support business transformation programs. It is also hoped that the SPRINT 2024 program can encourage and hone creative thinking and provide a space for workers to actively participate in developing innovative solutions that can encourage positive change and provide added value to the company.
SPSL Main Director, Joko Noerhudha said that the SPRINT 2024 activity was one of the company's important programs to explore innovative ideas from workers.
"This year is the third year, we ensure that this culture of innovation already exists and is embedded in the workforce by continuing to prioritize customer centricity . This year we hope to create even more innovative ideas, both in the aspects of changing business models, operations and services. "We will welcome these ideas and will become part of the company's transformation program," concluded Joko Noerhudha.
SPSL's Director of Strategy and Business Development, Retno Soelistianti, added that the SPRINT activity is an annual activity carried out by SPSL to capture the best innovation ideas from SPSL Group employees.
"The SPRINT 2024 program is in line with the Pelindo IDEA program which not only aims to improve the culture of innovation within the Pelindo Group but is also expected to have a positive impact on the company's growth. "From year to year, this program continues to be evaluated, so this year SPSL is very optimistic that its implementation can run better, and the ideas produced will also be of higher quality," said Retno Soelistianti.
As a form of SPSL management's commitment to the SPRINT program, several ideas generated are monitored by management so that they can be implemented and developed both at SPSL and the Company's Subsidiaries and Grandchildren level.
Retno Soelistianti further explained that the implementation of SPRINT 2024 introduced a new concept, where innovators propose their ideas individually and are then gathered into a team that has similar ideas, in line with this year's theme which carries the spirit of collaboration. Through this new concept, collaboration will be created both across departments, across divisions and entities in the SPSL Group.
"In line with the spirit programmed by the Ministry of BUMN that innovation is very important to build the independence and superiority of BUMN. "The innovation ideas presented at SPRINT 2024 are expected to be able to contribute both in terms of cost efficiency, as well as increasing the company's production and service quality, in order to be able to increase the company's competitiveness in the future," concluded Retno Soelistianti.
