 - PT IPC Terminal Petikemas, or known by the business name IPC TPK, was established on July 10 2013 through Deed of Establishment No.25 in the presence of Nur Muhammad Dipo Nusantara Pua Upa, SH, M.Kn., notary at Jakarta, and has been ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. AHU-40641.AH.01.01.Year 2013 dated July 25 2013.

IPC TPK was established as an effort by the founder and parent entity, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (Indonesia Port Corporation/IPC) to provide container services with an integrated network system between ports and managed professionally.

IPC TPK has a Port Business Entity (BUP) permit through Minister of Transportation Decree No. KP 853 of 2014 dated 13 November 2014, which grants permission to the Company to provide terminal management services and other port facilities.

Currently, IPC TPK has managed Operation Terminal (TO) III Tanjung Priok and Container Terminals at 5 (five) ports, namely Pontianak Port, Pajang Port, Palembang Port, Teluk Bayur Port and Jambi Port.

In addition, the Company owns shares in PT New Priok Container Terminal One (NPCT1) amounting to 51.00%. NPCT1 is a company that operates in the handling of loading and unloading containers and is located in Kali Baru Utara, Tanjung Priok.

In its business journey, IPC TPK has a vision to become an international standard container terminal operator that excels in operations and services.

As a container terminal operator, IPC TPK provides services, container loading and unloading, container terminal operation activities, which provide more value to customers.

IPC TPK also has policies and provisions that are standard and recognized internationally.

In IPC services, TPK has superior business principles of high performance and productivity that exceed stakeholder expectations.

In operations, IPC TPK carries out operational activities by prioritizing occupational safety and health (K3) for workers and providing security, satisfaction and certainty for customers.

Apart from that, in terms of service, IPC TPK always provides fast, efficient, friendly service, which exceeds stakeholder expectations.

To achieve the company's vision, IPC TPK has a mission as a container terminal operator that can provide maximum added value for all stakeholders on an ongoing basis in supporting the national economy.
