JAKARTA TANJUNG PRIOK (ISL News) - PT IPC Terminal Petikemas, or known by the business name IPC TPK, was established on July 10 2013 through Deed of Establishment No.25 in the presence of Nur Muhammad Dipo Nusantara Pua Upa, SH, M.Kn., notary at Jakarta, and has been ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. AHU-40641.AH.01.01.Year 2013 dated July 25 2013.
IPC TPK was established as an effort by the founder and parent entity, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (Indonesia Port Corporation/IPC) to provide container services with an integrated network system between ports and managed professionally.
IPC TPK has a Port Business Entity (BUP) permit through Minister of Transportation Decree No. KP 853 of 2014 dated 13 November 2014, which grants permission to the Company to provide terminal management services and other port facilities.
Currently, IPC TPK has managed Operation Terminal (TO) III Tanjung Priok and Container Terminals at 5 (five) ports, namely Pontianak Port, Pajang Port, Palembang Port, Teluk Bayur Port and Jambi Port.
In addition, the Company owns shares in PT New Priok Container Terminal One (NPCT1) amounting to 51.00%. NPCT1 is a company that operates in the handling of loading and unloading containers and is located in Kali Baru Utara, Tanjung Priok.
In its business journey, IPC TPK has a vision to become an international standard container terminal operator that excels in operations and services.
As a container terminal operator, IPC TPK provides services, container loading and unloading, container terminal operation activities, which provide more value to customers.
