JAKARTA TANJUNG PRIOK (ISL News) - PT. Indonesian Port Equipment Services was founded on November 5 2012 and is now a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (PJM) or SPJM which is a subholding of the State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero).
PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim owns a majority stake of 99% (ninety-nine percent), while a minority stake of 1% (one percent) is owned by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama (PII).
The purpose of establishing PT. Indonesian Port Repair Services is to conduct a business that focuses on maintenance and repair of loading and unloading equipment, repair and maintenance of ships with the main task of ensuring that the level of readiness of the equipment and ships works optimally, both inside and outside the PT Pelabuhan environment. Indonesia (Persero).
