Especially in the implementation of Ramadan fasting and Eid al-Fitr 1445 H. Apart from having to guard our hearts, we also have to stay away from acts involving bribery and gratification.
The company is also committed to zero tolerance for all forms of violations of gratification and bribery. How do we anticipate violations of gratification and bribery?
The Company has an Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) ISO 37001: 2016, which is a mechanism designed to identify and evaluate Bribery risks as well as to prevent, detect and respond to Bribery.
By applying the 5 No's principle, namely:
a) No Bribery (There can be no bribery);
b) No Kickback (There must be no commission, no token of thanks either in the form of money or in other forms);
c) No Gift (No gifts or gratifications that are contrary to applicable rules and regulations);
d) No Luxurious Hospitality (There can be no excessive reception and banquet);
e) No Corruption (You must not commit corruption to enrich yourself or your corporation, whether consciously or unconsciously).
