SURABAYA (ISL News) - PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) has once again achieved a proud achievement. This time, Terminal Teluk Lamong won four awards at the 2026 Indonesia CSR Brilliance Award (ICBA), held at the Grand Ballroom of the Aryaduta Hotel in Jakarta on Friday (10/30/2026).
With the theme "Empowering Communities, Sustaining the Future," this event recognizes companies actively implementing CSR programs and positively impacting the community and the environment. This award is undoubtedly a significant achievement for Terminal Teluk Lamong.
More than 250 companies participated in the assessment process and PT Terminal Teluk Lamong successfully won four awards, The Most Brilliant CEO in CSR Leadership which was given to the President Director of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong, The Most Brilliant in Health & Wellbeing Program, The Most Brilliant Philanthropy & Social Impact, and The Most Brilliant CSR Team Excellence.
Syaiful Anam, Corporate and Legal Secretary of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the award. "Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God), this is a source of pride for us. This award is the result of our collective efforts and serves as encouragement to continue delivering programs that truly benefit the community. We hope that Terminal Teluk Lamong's presence will be felt not only through port operations but also through its positive contributions to the surrounding environment," Anam said.
PT Terminal Teluk Lamong's TJSL programs include those targeting fishing communities, such as soft-shell crab cultivation, a kerupuk payus management group, and mangrove nurseries. There are also youth-focused programs, such as the youth digipreneur program to create young entrepreneurs, and several MSME development programs involving 60 women in 12 groups around the company's operational area.
The crab cultivation program has significantly benefited three groups, including community members who participated in various training programs. The resulting revenue reached 34.6 million rupiah, creating business opportunities and supplementing family income.
This program also recorded a Social Return on Investment (SROI) of 1:4.9. This means that every Rp1 invested in this program provides Rp4.9 worth of social benefits. This demonstrates that CSR programs can have a broader impact. They not only provide immediate assistance but also create opportunities for communities to develop businesses, improve skills, and build economic independence.
For Terminal Teluk Lamong, these four awards are not just achievements, but also a reminder that a company's success is not solely measured by business growth and smooth operations. Beyond that, it also involves a responsibility to continue growing alongside the community, providing benefits, and protecting the environment for a brighter future.
