BOGOR (ISL News) - To commemorate National Customer Day, IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) held a "Customer Rafting Experience" event involving 21 representatives of service users from international and domestic shipping companies on Saturday (September 5, 2026). Held at the Cisadane River Rafting area in Bogor, this initiative was specifically designed to strengthen collaboration and build better engagement between the company and its strategic partners.
Acting Director of Commercial and Business Development at IPC TPK, Yanuar Evyanto, stated that this activity represents the company's tangible appreciation for its loyal customers. "We are utilizing the momentum of National Customer Day not only to provide excellent operational services at the port, but also to greet and interact directly with service users outside of formal work routines. We want to listen to them as partners in driving national logistics activities," he said.
Carrying the theme "Beyond Business, Building Stronger Connections," this activity demanded cohesiveness and teamwork from all participants. Through various challenges on the rafting route, IPC TPK sought to foster corporate communication and foster stronger relationships.
