PALEMBANG (ISL News) - Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang handed over Social and Environmental Responsibility Program (TJSL) assistance in the form of revitalization of 2 (two) units of Uninhabitable Houses (RTLH) to residents receiving assistance in Lawangkidul Village and 3 Ilir Village in Ilir Timur II District, Palembang City.
The handover of this aid took place at the Beneficiary's House in 3 Ilir Village and Lawangkidul Village, Ilir Timur II District, Palembang City, which was attended by the Finance & HR Manager, Business Compliance Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang, Lawangkidul Village Head representing Ilir Timur II District Head, 3 Ilir Village Head and representatives from the Public Housing and Settlement Areas (Perkimtan) Office of Palembang City.
The aid was symbolically handed over directly by the Finance & HR Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang, Saripudin, to Mrs. Nyanyu Farida and Mrs. Ana Setiawati as recipients of the home revitalization assistance. This assistance is part of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang's commitment to supporting the improvement of the welfare of the community around the Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang area, particularly in efforts to provide decent housing for the underprivileged.
This RTLH revitalization program demonstrates Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang's commitment to the social well-being of the community surrounding the port, while also supporting the local government's program to alleviate the problem of inadequate housing in Palembang City. The synergy between Pelindo, the sub-districts, and the Palembang City Housing and Settlements Agency is expected to expand the benefits of similar programs in other regions in the future.
