JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI) facilitated the location for the Customs and Excise press conference held at CDC Banda, Tanjung Priok Port, regarding the disclosure of the shipment of 8.96 million illegal cigarettes in the Tanjung Priok Port area.
In this activity, PT MTI was represented by the Corporate Secretary, Mr. Sucahyo, as a form of support for synergy between stakeholders in maintaining smoothness, security, and compliance in logistics activities in the port area.
According to Customs and Excise, two containers carrying cigarettes without excise stamps were seized. The evidence has an estimated value of Rp13.3056 billion, with a potential state loss of around Rp6.68416 billion.
