Pelindo Regional 2 Tanjung Priok Strengthens Service Commitment by Signing a Service Decree

JAKARTA TANJUNG PRIOK (ISL News)  – PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Tanjung Priok signed a Service Declaration as a commitment to providing quality service to all service users. This signing demonstrates the company's commitment to ensuring that all services meet established service standards.


The Service Information was signed by the Executive General Manager of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Tanjung Priok, Yandri Trisaputra, witnessed by the Head of the Tanjung Priok Main KSOP Office, Capt. Heru Susanto at the Nusantarapura Tanjung Priok Passenger Terminal and representatives from PT Pelni (Persero), the Health Quarantine Center, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Animal, Fish and Plant Quarantine Center, the Tanjung Priok Port Area Police Chief, the Head of the Tanjung Priok Port TKBM and other stakeholders.


The signing affirms the company's commitment to providing professional, transparent, and customer-focused services, particularly regarding the use of public spaces at the Nusantarapura Passenger Terminal at Tanjung Priok Port. This commitment is expected to further strengthen the quality of service to customers through the implementation of consistent service standards and a work culture that prioritizes professionalism and customer care. This step also aligns with the company's efforts to improve the quality of public services in the port sector.


Through the Service Announcement, Pelindo Regional 2 Tanjung Priok affirmed its commitment to providing services in accordance with established service standards.
