IPCC Conducts Management Walkthrough of Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal, Efforts to Strengthen Service Quality

JAKARTA (ISL News) - To evaluate the company's comprehensive operational and financial performance, the management of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC) conducted a working visit to the Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal. Through this visit, management directly explored the various challenges and obstacles encountered in the field and then formulated solutions and development strategies as concrete steps to improve the company's future performance.


Present on the occasion were the Board of Commissioners, M. Said Bakhri as President Commissioner, Tri Hidayat and Herry Ardianto as Independent Commissioners, Bagus Dwipoyono as Director of Operations and Engineering concurrently acting as President Director, along with the IPCC management team.


M. Said Bakhri, President Commissioner of IPCC, emphasized the importance of the Board of Commissioners' active oversight of the company's performance, particularly at the Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal. "This visit provides an opportunity for us to conduct a direct evaluation, not only in terms of reports but also directly observe conditions on the ground. We encourage Management to continue strengthening synergies between work units, expedite the resolution of operational obstacles, and develop measurable strategic steps so that the Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal can grow better and provide optimal contributions to the company," said Said Bakhri.


As a form of IPCC's commitment to service users in implementing Danantara's value of serving wholeheartedly, IPCC continues to strive to improve the quality of human resources by conducting sharing sessions, workshops so that a culture of excellent services will be formed which is balanced with strengthening in terms of facilities and operational performance productivity. Complementing the evaluation of operational and financial performance data, the IPCC Board of Commissioners, Directors and Management conducted a field visit for a comprehensive evaluation. Until May 2026, the Banjarmasin Satellite successfully served cargo loading and unloading with details of the flow of cars (CBU) of 28,436 units, trucks/buses of 34,760 units, heavy equipment recorded 2,663 units, and 349 ship visits.


In this Management Walkthrough, Bagus Dwipoyono, Director of Operations and Engineering and Acting President Director of IPCC, stated that this working visit was part of a comprehensive evaluation effort on the operational and financial performance of the Banjarmasin Satellite Terminal.


"We want to ensure that every cargo loading and unloading process for our service users runs optimally and provides added value for all parties. Through this visit, we were able to directly observe conditions on the ground, identify challenges faced by the operational team, and formulate improvement measures to better achieve future performance targets," said Bagus.
