SURABAYA INDONESIA (ISL News) - PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) has once again strengthened its social ties and responsibility towards the community through the Pelindo Berbagi Qurbani Program for Eid al-Adha 1447 H/2026 to communities in the company's operational ring 1 area. The distribution of sacrificial animals was held at the PT Terminal Teluk Lamong Office and was attended by a number of local government representatives, community leaders, and stakeholders who will then distribute the aid to their respective locations.
The symbolic handover was carried out by the Corporate and Legal Secretary of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong, Syaiful Anam, to the Sub-district Heads and Village Heads around the company. Also present to receive the sacrificial animal assistance symbolically were the Head of Asemrowo Sub-district, Mohammad Zul Chaidir, the Secretary of Benowo Sub-district, Dwi Hargianto, the Head of Romokalisari Sub-district, Itaqwati Oetami, the Head of Tambak Sarioso Sub-district, Gani Nurcahyono, and representatives from the Genting Kalianak Village of Surabaya and the Tenggulunan Village of Gresik. Also present was the Head of the Teluk Lamong Terminal Community Communication Association, Syaichu.
In this year's Pelindo Berbagi Qurban program, PT Terminal Teluk Lamong distributed sacrificial animal assistance in the form of 12 cows and 21 goats to the 0830/06 Benowo Military District Command, Benowo Police, Minaul Qulub Mosque, and sub-districts around the company, totaling 11 locations consisting of mosques, prayer rooms, and Islamic boarding schools around the company's operational area.
Furthermore, terminals managed by PT Terminal Teluk Lamong also carried out the same initiative. The Nilam TPK distributed sacrificial animals to the Miftahul Ulum Mosque in Surabaya, the Nurul Qomariyah Mosque in Surabaya, and the Asqhaa Mosque in Bangkalan. Meanwhile, the Berlian TPK distributed sacrificial animals to 15 mosques and prayer rooms across Surabaya and one additional location at the North Perak Village Office. The Teluk Lamong TPK distributed three animals to the Darul Atsar Al-Islamy Islamic Boarding School, the Mahad As Sunnah Foundation, and the Al Ihsan Foundation, all located in the Gresik area.
The Pelindo Berbagi Qurban program is part of the company's social responsibility program, which aims to strengthen harmonious relationships with the community and stakeholders surrounding its operational areas. Through this initiative, PT Terminal Teluk Lamong hopes the community will directly benefit from the assistance.
