Pelindo Regional 2 Banten Provides Fast and Adaptive Services at Ciwandan Port to Support Smooth Industrial and Logistics Operations

BANTEN INDONESIA (ISL News) - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Banten continues to strengthen services at Ciwandan Port through an integrated operational system that is fast, adaptive, and responsive to industry needs. This commitment is realized through the implementation of measurable service standards according to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and SLG (Service Level Guarantee), so that every service process from ship berthing, loading and unloading, to administrative services has a measurable time target and service standards. This is strengthened by the support of operational facilities and integrated service coordination that makes the service process more efficient, safe, and timely for all customers.


As one of the strategic ports in the Banten region, Ciwandan Port plays a crucial role in supporting national logistics distribution, particularly for dry bulk, liquid bulk, and industrial raw materials. The high level of industrial activity in the surrounding area is a key focus for Pelindo Regional 2 Banten, which is committed to continuously maintaining service quality to optimally meet customer needs. By implementing optimal service standards, operational teams in the field can work more focused and responsively, accelerating the service process to meet customer needs.


Adaptive services are also continuously strengthened through operational capabilities that flexibly adapt to technical needs in the field. These adjustments include adjusting operational patterns, equipment readiness, workforce management, and intensive coordination with service users to ensure smooth loading and unloading and logistics distribution activities amidst the ever-evolving dynamics of industrial demand.
