JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) — In commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1447 H, Pelindo Solusi Digital is implementing a program to distribute sacrificial animals as a form of the company's social concern for communities in various regions of Indonesia.
Embracing the spirit of sharing and togetherness, Pelindo Solusi Digital distributed sacrificial animals from western to eastern Indonesia. Distribution took place in several port operational areas, from the Belawan Port area in Medan, through Ring 1 of Tanjung Priok Port in Jakarta, and throughout eastern Indonesia. This initiative demonstrates the company's commitment to continuously providing tangible benefits to the communities surrounding its operations.
In its implementation, Pelindo Solusi Digital collaborated with Tanjung Priok Regional Office 2 and the Pelindo Group to support the distribution of sacrificial animals within the Tanjung Priok Port operational area. Through this collaboration, a total of 221 sacrificial animals were distributed to communities throughout the Tanjung Priok Port operational area, ensuring the benefits of sacrifice are felt more widely and equitably.
Pelindo Solusi Digital Corporate Secretary, Dimas Giri Prabowo, stated that the Eid al-Adha momentum serves as a reminder of the importance of social awareness and togetherness in building harmonious relationships between companies and the community.
"Through this qurban program, we aim to provide benefits that can be directly felt by communities from western to eastern Indonesia. Collaborating with the Pelindo Group also demonstrates synergy in strengthening the company's social responsibility so that the benefits provided can reach more communities around the port's operational areas," said Dimas.
Besides being part of worship and gratitude, this sacrificial animal distribution activity also reflects Pelindo Solusi Digital's commitment to implementing Social and Environmental Responsibility programs that are oriented towards social benefits and sustainability.
