JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) - PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (PTP Nonpetikemas) strengthens the company's governance and legal certainty aspects by signing a Joint Agreement with the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office regarding Assistance in Handling Legal Problems in the Civil and State Administrative Fields.
The signing of the agreement took place at the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office on Monday (9/3/2026) and was carried out by the President Director of PTP Nonpetikemas, Indra Hidayat Sani, together with the Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, SH, MH. Also accompanying him were the Head of the Civil and State Administration Section of the North Jakarta KAJARI , Wahyu Oktaviandi, SH, MH, and the Senior Manager of Internal Supervision and Law of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Muhammad Noordin.
This activity was also attended by the Head of the North Jakarta KAJARI , namely the Head of the Civil and State Administration Section, the Head of the Development Sub-Section, the Head of the Special Crimes Section, the Head of the Intelligence Section, the Head of the General Crimes Section, and the Head of the Asset Recovery and Evidence Management Section.
PTP Nonpetikemas President Director, Indra Hidayat Sani, stated that this collaboration is part of the company's efforts to strengthen good governance and ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
"This agreement demonstrates our commitment to conducting our company's operations professionally, transparently, and in accordance with the law. Through synergy with the North Jakarta KAJARI, we hope that any potential legal issues can be handled appropriately, allowing the company to continue focusing on providing the best possible service to the public and its stakeholders," said Indra.
Legal Assistance
Meanwhile, the Head of the North Jakarta KAJARI, Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, SH, MH, said that this collaboration is part of an effort to strengthen the legal assistance function by the Attorney General's Office, especially in the fields of Civil and State Administration.
He believes the port sector plays a strategic role in supporting national economic activity, including the distribution of various commodities and natural resources. Therefore, good governance and legal certainty are essential to ensure that every process of resource management and utilization is transparent, accountable, and in accordance with statutory regulations.
"The Prosecutor's Office, through its Civil and State Administrative Division, is ready to provide legal assistance to PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok so that various potential legal issues can be anticipated and resolved in accordance with applicable regulations," he said.
Through this agreement, the North Jakarta KAJARI will provide assistance in handling legal problems faced or potentially faced by PTP Nopetikemas, especially in the field of Civil Law and State Administration, both through litigation and non-litigation processes.
This collaboration is expected to strengthen coordination in resolving various legal issues in a professional, transparent, and accountable manner, while also supporting the implementation of good corporate governance and the operational sustainability of the port sector.
