JAKARTA (ISL News, February 27, 2026) – PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (SPSL) continues to strengthen its service standards through the implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) based on an integrated digital platform. This initiative is part of the company's consistently strengthened governance foundation, in line with the transformation process now marked by the company's name change to PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva.
As part of the initial implementation phase, SPSL held Integrated Management System (IMS) application training in Jakarta on January 21–22, 2026. This training aimed to provide SPSL employees with conceptual and technical understanding of IMS implementation, including the preparation and management of integrated management system documents.
SVP of Corporate Secretariat of PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, Dewi Fitriyani, said that IMS is a strategic instrument in strengthening adaptive and sustainability-oriented corporate governance.
"IMS implementation is aimed at improving the quality of corporate governance and ensuring operational sustainability based on a more effective and efficient integrated management system," Dewi said.
Furthermore, he added that the implementation of IMS is also in line with Asta Cita, particularly in strengthening governance reform and a transparent, accountable, and technology-based bureaucratic system.
"With an integrated system, all business processes can be more orderly, documented, and measurable. This is a crucial foundation for improving service quality while strengthening corporate accountability," he added.
Through the implementation of IMS and strengthening human resource capacity, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva is committed to building a reliable management foundation as part of the company's transformation in strengthening its role as a subholding supporting the national port and logistics ecosystem.
