JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) - Last Friday (20/02/2026-red), the Shareholders (BUMN Advisory Board-ed) finally carried out a reshuffle of the Board of Directors of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or Pelindo, the BUMN Company that provides national port services.
In fact, rumors have long circulated that there will be a change in the board of directors of this giant port company. The reshuffle is based on a shareholder decision, which includes not only the replacement of several officials but also changes to the organizational structure through the addition and adjustment of job nomenclature.
In the decision, Achmad Muchtasyar was appointed President Director, replacing Arif Suhartono. Furthermore, a new position of Deputy President Director was created, filled by Drajat Sulistyo, previously Pelindo's Commercial Director.
Meanwhile, another new position created is the Director of Institutional Relations and is held by Hendri Ginting.
In addition, shareholders also honorably dismissed Arif Suhartono as President Director and Putut Sri Mulyanto as Director of Operations, as well as Hosadi Apriza Putra from the position of Director of Business Development.
A number of new names were then appointed to fill strategic positions within the company, namely Director of Business Development: Prasetyo, Commercial Director: Farid Padang and Director of Operations: Prasetyadi.
However, until this news was published, there was no official information regarding the reshuffle of the Board of Directors from PT Pelindo (Persero).
