JAKARTA TANJUNG PRIOK (ISL News) – On the occasion of meeting with journalists, Arid Suhartoo, President Director of Pelindo, emphasized that Pelindo is currently accelerating the national logistics efficiency by optimizing the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road (JTCC).
This strategic toll road serves as a "fast lane" connecting Jakarta's eastern industrial area directly to Tanjung Priok Port. The result? Shorter travel times, reduced congestion, and more streamlined and efficient distribution.
"In the future, there will be tariff integration (JTCC tariffs are the same as general toll tariffs - ed.), more proper rest areas and logistics hubs, and direct access to the Kalibaru Terminal. Everything is designed to make the flow of goods smoother and Indonesia's logistics competitiveness stronger," said Arif Suhartono, answering questions from ISL News reporters, Monday, February 3, 2026, on the 2nd floor of Pelindo Regional 2.
He added that JTCC is not just a toll road. This is a game changer for a more connected, faster, and sustainable logistics ecosystem.
As an illustration, currently (February 21, 2026), the JTCC toll fare from the Tarumajaya Toll Gate to the Koja Toll Gate in North Jakarta is Rp. 31,500,-, while the general toll fare, for example at JORR one Jakarta at each toll gate is an average of Rp. 17,000,-, meaning the JTCC toll fare is twice that of JORR one.
So it is believed that if the JTCC toll rates are applied the same as other toll roads, it is suspected that many toll road users will use the JTCC toll road.
