PALEMBANG (ISL News) - The General Manager of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Palembang received a courtesy visit from the Commander of the Indonesian Navy Base (Danlanal) Palembang, Navy Colonel (P) Arry Hendrawan, M.Tr. Opsla., at the Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang Office.
This visit is an important momentum in strengthening institutional relations and strengthening synergy between Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang and the Indonesian Navy, especially in supporting the smooth operation of ports, safety, and security of maritime activities in the Palembang area and its surroundings.
In a warm and friendly meeting, Nunu Husnul Khitam, General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang, expressed his appreciation for the visit by the Commander of the Palembang Naval Base. He emphasized that Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang remains open to strengthening coordination and collaboration across agencies to ensure safe, orderly, and sustainable port services.

The Commander of Palembang Naval Base welcomed the commitment and emphasized the importance of solid cooperation between the Indonesian Navy and Pelindo as the port manager, in order to create a conducive port environment and support regional economic growth.
Through this friendly visit, Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang hopes to establish increasingly intensive communication and coordination with Lanal Palembang, as a joint effort to support reliable, safe, and national interest-oriented port services.
