Consistently Providing Added Value: IPCM Distributes Interim Dividend of IDR 23.25 Billion

JAKARTA (ISL News) -
 Closing the end of 2025, PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM) announced plans to distribute an interim dividend for the 2025 financial year of Rp4.40 per share or Rp23.25 billion.

IPCM President Director Shanti Puruhita said, "This dividend distribution demonstrates IPCM's commitment to providing added value to shareholders. In previous years, the Company also distributed dividends at the end of the year. We express our gratitude for the support from management, employees, and stakeholders. This greatly enables us to continue to consistently improve our performance."

In each of its previous financial report publication periods, IPCM has consistently recorded positive performance, despite unstable global geopolitical conditions. "Our efforts to improve the company's performance through collaboration with strategic partners have yielded results in line with expectations. Our expansion in Eastern Indonesia has also demonstrated improved and increasing revenue potential," Shanti emphasized.

 

Income Increases  

IPCM's Q3 2025 financial report demonstrated improved performance, with revenue increasing 15.50% year-on-year to Rp1.09 trillion from Rp946.62 billion. Profit also increased 16.16% year-on-year, from Rp121.10 billion to Rp140.67 billion.


IPCM's primary revenue contribution came from ship services, accounting for Rp1.06 trillion, or 96.62% of total revenue, a 15.22% year-on-year increase. This was supported by improved performance in several existing and new operating areas in eastern Indonesia.


Throughout 2025, IPCM will implement various business strategy measures across various aspects, including increased collaboration with strategic partners and associations, service optimization, fleet readiness, crew development, ship maintenance, production equipment upgrades through shipbuilding, and increased work efficiency. To date, IPCM manages 103 vessels that prioritize environmentally friendly principles for fuel efficiency and carbon emission reduction through the use of shore connections and solar panels.


In addition to its strong commitment to meeting user expectations through quality service, IPCM also consistently provides a sustainable positive impact on the ecosystem and its employees. It recently received awards at the ESG Initiative Awards 2025 in the categories of "Best Energy Transition Program" and "Best Employee Wellbeing & Development Strategy." 


IPCM also received an award as a company in the category of "Excellence in Port Services and Sustainability" at the CSA Awards 2025. The award is given to companies that contribute to encouraging sustainable business practices, increasing energy efficiency, and creating a healthy and inclusive work environment for all employees. This achievement is a clear demonstration of IPCM's commitment to continue innovating and providing added value to all stakeholders.


Most recently, IPCM continues to strengthen its contribution to the implementation of governance principles. For the second time, it won the prestigious 2024 Annual Report Award (ARA), winning three awards simultaneously: First Place in the 1T-5T Cluster of BUMN, General Champion in the 1T-5T Cluster, and General Champion in the Non-Financial Public Company. These awards reflect IPCM's strong commitment to preparing Annual Reports that meet high standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. 


The reports are also assessed based on solid governance and sustainability practices. This award further solidifies IPCM's position as a modern and credible national maritime services company. Amidst the dynamics of the maritime industry, success in the 2024 ARA competition demonstrates IPCM's ability to run efficient operations while maintaining compliance with sustainable reporting and governance standards.
