The government has issued regulations regarding logistics transportation during the long Isra Mikraj holiday and the Chinese New Year 2576 Kongzili in 2025 through Joint Decree (SKB) Number: KP–DRJD 304 of 2025, HK.201/2/5/DJPL/2025, 6/1/2025/Korlantas, 01/PKS/Db/2025. In these regulations, restrictions apply to goods transport vehicles on toll roads in the form of goods vehicles with three or more axles, goods vehicles with attached or trailer trains, and goods vehicles transporting excavations, mining, and building materials.
Freight vehicles that are exempted from these restrictions include vehicles transporting fuel/gas fuel, packaged drinking water (AMDK), export/import goods from or to seaports, money transfers, goods for disaster management, animals and animal feed, fertilizer, and basic goods.
Previously, Logistics Truck Entrepreneurs who are members of the Indonesian Truck Entrepreneurs Association (Aptrindo) appreciated the policy of regulating goods transportation during the long Isra Mikraj and Chinese New Year holidays which will be enforced from this weekend until next week, because it does not prohibit the operation of logistics trucks on non-toll roads.
According to the General Chairperson of DPP Aptrindo, Gemilang Tarigan, goods trucks are only not allowed to pass through a number of toll roads but can still operate through existing arterial roads (non-toll roads) and there are no operational restrictions for import and export.
"So that the regulatory policy does not hinder our work (trucking), and most importantly does not disrupt the smooth delivery and distribution of logistics so that the factory can still operate or with additional overtime," he said.
